Doug Roe has experienced the full spectrum of life—from humble beginnings and years of partying and fighting, through deep valleys to soaring mountaintops. In many ways, he has lived several lives in one.
Today, he serves as CEO and founder of Code Red Roofers, a well-established roofing company serving Florida (founded in 2004 following major hurricanes). He also owns Mission Field Metals, a company dedicated to training youth in the skilled trades. Not only that, but Mission Field Metals connects young people with meaningful job opportunities while also supporting local businesses.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Doug is an elder at his church and remains deeply committed to serving God’s kingdom.
When he’s not leading his companies, you’ll find him on the water—fishing the crystal-clear waters of Florida’s Treasure Coast or heading to the Bahamas for unforgettable outings. His favorite escape is launching the boat early on a weekend morning for a relaxing day of fishing with friends and family.
